The wait is over!
Well, the time is here. Family is in town. Her dress is ready to go. And we are still scrambling to make ceremony pamphlets.
Yup, this weekend is MY wedding! So excited to be marrying the most amazing woman I know! As many of you know this time is pretty hectic though so please bear with me in the coming weeks as I will have very limited access to phone and email.

Eunjee & Kevin's Engagement Shoot
I'll never forget when I first met Eunjee early last year. Here I was trying to learn a little bit more about her wedding and what I can do for her and all she could do was make fun of my sorry album choices. I'll never forget that. And I can never thank her enough. There are always those times when you know you should work on something but for whatever reason you just don't. Yup that was me and albums for awhile. Thanks to her prodding though I have been offering some stunning leather bound archival albums ever since. Sometimes it just takes that one person...
And for Eunjee that one person is Kevin. He encourages her to run farther. And running they do! No joke these guys get up before the sun does and get a 6-7 mile run knocked out before I roll out of my bed. I'm impressed. So all I could do at this point is try to impress them with my photo taking ability because they pretty much have me beat every way else. Here it goes!

Tiphani and Eric's Downtown Engagement Session
Eric and Tiphani are the kind of people that just roll with it. So what that is raining! Lets go out and take some pictures in it! It's moments like that when I know I have the best clients ever!
I met Eric and Tiphani at the always beautiful falls park in downtown Greenville for their excellent engagement session. They were in town from Tennessee so it was a perfect time to take advantage of all the excellent spring-ness in the air. Here are just a few of my favorites!

Thanks again for having me guys!

Sarah & David's Engagement Session
I get an email early Saturday morning. "What do you think about the weather today?" Sure it looked a little iffy out that morning. Lets just wait and see. No joke it was 75° and sunny, with a light breeze, for Sarah & David's engagement session. Never trust the weather forecast!
Sarah is the oldest of 7 sisters. I'm not sure I know what that is like but I'm sure it is interesting at times! David is studying for a future in missions and will be headed to far off locations very soon! Best of all both of them will be getting married later this year... to... you guessed it... each other! Naturally this requires some photos. And photos we took! Can't wait to see you guys again at the wedding!

This is my Church: Cornerstone Greenville
With Easter coming up soon I wanted to take a step back and talk about something very important to me. My church.
Ever since moving to Greenville several years ago I knew I needed to find a church. A place where I could feel free. A place to meet other people. A place that doesn't just act religious and point fingers at people that don't, but a place that opens doors and accepts people in, no matter what! I'm happy to say that place is Cornerstone Church here in Greenville, SC.
Our pastor, Daniel Lovelace, just finished up a series on vision for our church. So what is that vision? It's summed up pretty clearly in the church's vision statement.
Not bad huh? Well it basically comes right from Colossians 1:28, where Paul is laying out his vision for the early Christian Church.

Having attended Cornerstone for almost 3 years now I'm happy to say that this is one church where they actually put their money where their mouth is. Cornerstone Church sits right next to, and actually shares their parking lot with a Islamic Mosque. Naturally, with 9/11 and other churches threatening to burn Qurans, you would think our church wouldn't have the best relationship with them. Infact, its quite the opposite. You can checkout what our pastor had to say last year in this video on WFF4, when that crazy pastor down in Flordia was threatening to burn the Qurans. Pretty amazing stuff!
So if you are in Greenville and are looking for a church to attend I can't recommend enough that you checkout Cornerstone. It really has changed my life. Check it out Sundays at 10am at: 2701 Wade Hampton Boulevard Greenville, SC 29615 or at www.cornerstonegreenville.com .
