Lake Murray Wedding Photography | Meg + Jay

Some people like to get married in churches. Some people like to get married outside in gardens. And then there are people like Meg and Jay. They got married on a dock, in the middle of Lake Murray. And yes, they rented a boat so their friends and family would have somewhere dry to stand to watch the ceremony. In case you haven't figured it out by now, Meg and Jay are pretty much awesomeness in its purest form.

Maybe it's the Los Angeles in them, but these guys are an absolute blast to work with. Or it could be the fact that I was born in Los Angeles a few years back. We got that vibe goin on. But anyways, Meg and Jay had one of the coolest, unique weddings I've had a chance to photograph in awhile. I mean when your reception is on a boat called "The Southern Patriot" can you really go that far wrong?
