I met Jenna and Alex on an absolutely gorgeous fall day, just a couple days after that call. Jenna was in a beautiful gray dress, with a simple bouquet and Alex looked great in his suit. As we wandered around downtown taking photos, they couldn't help but smile, knowing that in just a few minutes it was their time to head into the courthouse to forever bond themselves together. After one of the most intimate (Judge, Alex, Jenna, and me) and quick ceremonies I've ever been apart, they walked out of the courthouse that day, marriage license in hand, ready to spend the rest of their lives together. This is their story:
Thanks again for having me guys! It was an absolute blast, and really opened my eyes to just how simple life can be if you let it!
I've always wanted to shoot a wedding like this - so gorgeous! Love it!
ReplyDeleteThanks Tina! It was a blast! Really fun and really simple!
DeleteSuch a gorgeous bride.. Congratulations!!
ReplyDeleteLove the walking silhouette the best! Great work :-) They should order a 20x30 canvas for their home of that one.
DeleteThank you!!!
DeleteI got bit by 42 fire ants to get that photo... not kidding, I'm still itching...
The silhouettes against the blue sky with the light post? Perfect. Definitely a unique shot, but even by their posture and profiles, you can see their enthusiasm. You are very talented! I wouldn't have thought I would enjoy courthouse photos so much!
