Introducing our all new Wedding Photography Website & Blog

This post is very exciting, and also a bit sad. First the exciting stuff: We have officially launched our all new wedding photography website! After working hard over the last 10 months with the very talented team at Showcase Marketing here in Greenville, we've turned a dream into reality. The site is all new from the ground up and includes an integrated blog, new galleries, an awesome featured wedding venues section for Greenville, SC and beyond, a pretty indepth information and Q&A section, an updated about us section, and a few other surprises along the way. You definitely owe it to yourself to check it out!

That brings me to the semi-sad part. Yup... this blog will become a bit of history. Anyways I really wanted to thank everyone who has been following this blog from the very beginning. It's been so exciting to watch it grow from over 4 years ago when I was lucky to have 10 people visit the site a week to now having 1000s each week! Westminster Presbyterian Church Wedding | Westin Poinsett Reception

One thing I love about shooting weddings is the pure spontaneity of the events that will unfold thoughout the day. You never know who you will bump into at the wedding, whether it's going to be gorgeous or a pop up thunderstorm will come out of nowhere, or where your grandma is going to break it down on the dance floor or not.

Laura and Liam's wedding was definitely full of a few surprises, like bumping into some old friends and clients, to that aforementioned pop-up thunderstorm. But you know what, everyone had an awesome time, Laura and Liam were married, and there was a heck of a celebration to show for it.

Grace Church Downtown Greenville Wedding | Allison + Ronnie

Some of my very favorite weddings aren't the ones that always go perfect. Having perfectly blue skies and 75° degree temperatures isn't the most important thing. The couples that have truly awesome weddings (and probably even better marriages) are the ones who still have a blast when it's pouring down rain and windy.

They don't call Ronnie "Mr. Smiley" for no reason, this guy was absolutely ecstatic to see his bride and trust me, the weather was the absolute last thing on his mind. Allison was equally as excited to see Ronnie and the excitement didn't fade throughout the night. From their awesome wedding ceremony at Grace Church in Downtown Greenville to the stunningly modern reception at Zen it was an excellent day for a wedding and a start to a new marriage.
