Nature Up Close
I went out with my good friend Dahni the other day to take some pictures at Turning Point Park in Rochester. It's always a great place to take pictures but I was really loving all the nature that day. The colors and textures were just amazing. Here are a few of my favorites!

Star Gazing
I've always loved shooting at night but I really love the clear nights when the stars are out. I've tried to shoot some star trail images before but I wasn't too happy with how they turned out. You really need something cool in the forground to offset the swirling lights.

This was a 140 second exposure I made the other night. The bright light in the image is the moon, and you can start to see the swirling effect of the stars from the earth's rotation. Pretty cool stuff!

Busy Busy BUSY
Sorry for the lack of posts lately! I've been jam packed with shooting, retouching and wrapping up school. Just about done though! I have tons of great photos in the queue.

Another wedding to shoot today! Should be an awesome day for it!

Gas Stations
You drive past them everyday. You stop at them every week. They actually make for pretty cool pictures as well. This is my latest shot for my architectural photography class. I think it fits pretty well in the Dawn/Dusk category. Enjoy!

Jill and Charlie's Wedding
I always enjoy shooting spring weddings but I absolutely love when I get to shoot when the flowers are in full bloom. Add in a amazingly stunning bride, lots of candy, gorgeous blue skies, along with lots of laughter, and you have Jill and Charlie's wedding.
Both the ceremony and reception were held at Belhurst Castle on Seneca Lake in Geneva, NY. I don't think I've seen a more beautiful location to have a wedding. Not only was the location awesome but these guys were totally in love and were a blast to work with. These guys came all the way from North Carolina and I'm really glad I got to spend the day with them. I feel that these 38 images sum up the day as best as I can in one post, but know that I could have easily picked out 150+ to share. Enjoy!

Thanks again guys!

New York Nature
Wow spring is absolutely beautiful this year! I went out with my friend Rich the other day to shoot some photos of a local park. It's great to see all the colors back after a long cold winter. Enjoy!
