Commerce Club Greenville Wedding | Maggie + Taylor

Weddings are funny things. You can have the perfect venue with the perfect weather and delicious food, but there can still be something lacking. No, its not anything to do with having the perfect dress or the fun loving bridesmaids, its the Bride and Groom themselves. They are the centerpiece of the day. If they are having a good time, everyone has a good time. If they are really sweet, usually everyone else is too! And I'll tell you what, Maggie and Taylor definitely had that going for them, and it reflected in how everyone felt that day. Well almost everyone. There will always be that one grumpy church lady, but I think I might have even seen her smile once after talking with Maggie. And that my friends, is pretty dang impressive!

Maggie and Taylor were married at Christ Church with their wedding reception immediately following at the stunning Commerce Club of Greenville (where I held my rehearsal dinner just a few months ago!). A day filled with classic cars, beautiful flowers, incredible food, and beautiful panoramic views of Greenville, set the perfect stage for the very beginning of Maggie and Taylor's marriage together.

Poinsett Club Bridal Portraits | Maggie

Maggie is probably one of the sweetest girls I've had the privilege to shoot in a long time. Not only is she super sweet but she could also double as a model. Take that and add in an awesome wedding dress, stunning bridal details, and set it all against the beautiful rooms of the Poinsett Club in Downtown Greenville and you've got one heck of a bridal portrait shoot! Sheer classic beauty!

Confession: The whole plane ride I couldn't wait to get home to post this image. Kristen and Travis's wedding was just a couple days ago at the beautiful Riu Palace Bavaro in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Moonlit dancing on the beach? Seriously does it get any better than that?

Furman Chapel Wedding | Shannon and Bryan

Ah... summer weddings. The warm long sunsets, the summer sun, when air conditioning feels just like heaven, and when a glass of cold water is worth its weight in gold.

You know its hot when people from Arizona sweat. And that's just what Shannon and Bryan (and I, and everyone else) did! But just like happy tears, this was happy sweat, because Shannon and Bryan came all the way out to South Carolina to have their wedding.

They chose to have their beautiful summer wedding at Furman Chapel with their reception following at the Wyche Pavilion. With the impeccable details from the awesome team over at B&R Events, to the cornhole games setup in the corner, to the rockin' tunes of The Mighty Kicks, it was a perfect summer day to celebrate the love that Shannon and Bryan have for each other.
