Prince of Peace Catholic Church Wedding Ceremony | Poinsett Club Greenville Reception

It's always interesting to hear a song live after you've heard its recorded version over and over again. When Tara and Chris told me that they would have Edwin McCain singing at their reception I smiled and nodded like I knew who he was. Then I looked online... and then felt very dumb. I'd heard songs like "I could not ask for more..." and "I'll be..." at dozens of weddings before, and now I was going to be there with the MAN in person. And I'm happy to say it didn't disappoint.

With some of the very best wedding vendors the Southeast has in it's arsenal, the stage was set for an absolutely gorgeous wedding. The ceremony was held at Prince of Peace Catholic Church and the reception at the Poinsett Club in Downtown Greenville, and were both the perfect backdrops for Tara and Chris to start their life together. With Chris being in the Military and Tara busy teaching it was a special day for both of them, not just because they were getting married, but because they were finally together.

Poinsett Club Bridal Portraits | Maggie

Maggie is probably one of the sweetest girls I've had the privilege to shoot in a long time. Not only is she super sweet but she could also double as a model. Take that and add in an awesome wedding dress, stunning bridal details, and set it all against the beautiful rooms of the Poinsett Club in Downtown Greenville and you've got one heck of a bridal portrait shoot! Sheer classic beauty!

Poinsett Club Wedding Photos | Libby and Jay are Married!

I don't even know where to begin with the awesomeness that was Libby and Jay's wedding! I guess I'll just start in chronological order. First up, a beautiful ceremony at Christ Church in Downtown Greenville. A few quick photos afterward and we were off to the beautiful Poinsett Club, just a five minute walk down the road. Man do these guys know how to throw a killer party! Libby even took to the stage and rocked out a few songs with the rest of the band. Check it out!
